Why did my one-time code not arrive?
Codes can be delayed by carrier filtering. Wait for the full window, check the message is not in spam, and confirm the phone number on the account is current. Request a fresh code rather than reusing an old one.
Can I stay logged in on my phone?
Yes, on a device only you use. Avoid the “keep me signed in” option on shared computers, internet cafés and borrowed phones — close the session instead.
