LALA33 · PLAY SAFELY

Play should stay a choice, not a compulsion

Gambling is entertainment with a cost attached, and it stops being entertainment when it is funded by money you need or time you did not plan to spend. This page is about keeping it on the right side of that line — and what to do if it has already crossed it.

THE BASELINE

Four rules that cover most of it

None of this is complicated, and none of it depends on willpower in the moment. It works because the decisions are made in advance, while you are calm.

  • Set the loss limit before you start. Decide the amount you are willing to lose entirely, and treat that as the cost of the session, not as money in transit.
  • Never chase a loss. Increasing stakes to recover a deficit is the single most reliable way to turn a bad evening into a serious problem.
  • Keep a clock and a timer. Fast games compress time. Breaks every 30 to 45 minutes restore your sense of how long you have been playing.
  • Never play to solve a money problem. If you need the win, you cannot afford the loss.

If you cannot keep all four tonight, the honest option is not to play tonight.

SELF-CHECK

Warning signs worth taking seriously

These are not moral failings; they are signals that the balance has shifted. If two or more feel familiar, use one of the tools below this week rather than later.

  • You bet more than you planned, more than once
  • You play to recover money already lost
  • You hide the amount or the frequency from people close to you
  • You borrow money, or sell something, to keep playing
  • You feel restless or irritable when you cannot play
  • Gambling has pushed aside work, study or sleep

THE TOOLS

Five controls on your account

All of these are available from account settings or by asking support.

What each control does, and how quickly it takes effect.
ControlWhat it doesTakes effectReversible
Deposit limitCaps how much you can add to the account over a day, week or month.ImmediatelyOnly lowered instantly; increases wait a cooling-off period
Session reminderA visible check-in after a set number of minutes, showing time and net result for the session.ImmediatelyYes
Reality checkA periodic summary of time played and stakes placed, shown while you play.ImmediatelyYes
Time-outA short cooling-off break from 24 hours to 30 days, during which sign-in is blocked.ImmediatelyNo — the break runs in full
Self-exclusionA longer block of six months or more, with marketing suppressed for the duration.ImmediatelyNo — reviewed only after it expires

A limit applies to deposits made after it is set. It cannot retroactively cover money already on the account, so the earlier you set one, the more it protects.

IN PRACTICE

Setting a limit in two minutes

  1. 1

Sign in and open account settings

If signing in is the obstacle, the login guide walks through every screen.

  2. 2

    Open Play limits

Choose a deposit limit and, if you want one, a session reminder length. Pick a number you would still be comfortable with on a bad week.

  3. 3

    Confirm

Lowered limits apply immediately. Raising one later involves a cooling-off period, which is deliberate — it prevents a decision made mid-session from undoing a calm one.

Prefer to have it done for you? Ask support to apply a limit and it will be set on the account without discussion of amounts.

If it has stopped being a choice

Ask for a break straight away. You do not need to explain why, and support will not try to talk you out of it.

Ask for a time-out

Ask for a break on live chat or Telegram, or email support with your account address and the words “request a break”. A time-out takes effect immediately and blocks sign-in for its full duration.

From 24 hours to 30 days

Request self-exclusion

For a longer stop, ask for self-exclusion. It lasts six months or more, sign-in is blocked and marketing is suppressed for the whole period.

Six months and longer

Talk to someone

Tell one person you trust, and speak to a doctor or a local counselling service about gambling support where you live. Talking early makes the next step far easier.

Live chat · Telegram · [email protected]

A pause does not have to be permanent to be useful. Many players take a month off, review what they spent, and then decide whether to return at all — and a meaningful number decide not to.

AGE

Strictly 18 and over

The LALA33 account is only for adults aged 18 or over, and age may be checked as part of identity verification. Accounts found to belong to a minor are closed and any balance handled under the site terms.

If someone under 18 has access to your device or your payment details, add a device passcode and keep your sign-in details private. The security page covers the practical steps.

Gambling rules differ by country and, in some places, taking part is restricted or prohibited. It is your responsibility to confirm that online gambling is permitted where you are before you play.
