The deposit sequence
- 1
Sign in first
The cashier is only reachable from a signed-in session. If you are stuck at sign-in, the login guide covers each screen.
- 2
Choose the channel and amount
Enter the amount, then open the payment instruction. Use the exact figure shown — rounded transfers are the most common cause of a delayed credit.
- 3
Pay within the time window
Bank and QRIS instructions expire after ten minutes. If the window closes, start a fresh deposit rather than paying the old reference.
- 4
Wait for the balance to update
The balance refreshes on its own. If it has not moved after 20 minutes, keep the payment reference and contact support.
WITHDRAWALS
What happens after you press withdraw
A payout is a three-stage process: request, review, transfer. Most requests clear the review within an hour; a first withdrawal takes longer because the account checks are being done for the first time.
- 1
Request and confirm
Choose an amount within your available balance and confirm with your payout PIN. Some accounts also confirm with a one-time code.
- 2
Review
The request is checked against the wagering status of any active bonus and against your verified name. Requests larger than the review threshold are checked manually.
- 3
Transfer
Funds are sent to your registered bank account or e-wallet. The destination must be in your own name, which is why it is locked after verification.
- 4
Arrive
Bank transfers usually land within an hour of the review completing; e-wallets are near-instant once released.

WHEN IT DOES NOT MOVE
The five usual reasons a payment is stuck
Almost every delayed deposit or payout falls into one of five categories. Checking them yourself is faster than waiting for a reply.
- Amount or reference mismatch. The transfer did not match the instruction exactly, so it cannot be matched to your account automatically.
- Expired instruction. The payment was made after the payment window closed, so the reference no longer resolves.
- Name mismatch on withdrawal. The destination account is not in the verified account holder's name.
- Active bonus wagering. The bonus has not been cleared, so the balance is not yet withdrawable.
- Verification incomplete. A first withdrawal is waiting on identity documents.
Keep the reference
Before contacting support, note the transaction reference, the exact amount and the time. Those three details are what make a payment traceable.
